14 May Scrambled Tofu
Weekend breakfast, vegan stylez…👌
Cook up a big breakfast for the family with scrambled tofu, mushrooms & sage, baked beans, alfalfa sprouts, chopped tomatoes, parsley, hummus, cashew cheese. 😋
Sauté some onion & garlic (& ginger, optional) then add crumbled firm tofu.
- 1/2 tsp turmeric,
- black pepper,
- 1-2 Tbsp soy sauce,
- 1-2 Tbsp nutritional yeast to taste. ✨
Stir until mixed in and hot!
