Chia Pudding

Easy yummy breakfast, serve chia pudding with sliced banana and frozen berries. Layer the chia pudding and fruit with granola, coconut yoghurt, coconut flakes and a swirl of maple or coconut syrup for a more decadent treat!

Make up the chia pudding the night before:

  • 3Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1cup coconut/soy/almond milk
  • 1-2Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • cinnamon (optional)


➡ whisk to combine for a minute or 2 then set in fridge 👌
