Our 2yr old drank 3 of these large shot glasses for lunch today, she was skeptical of the green colour, but the flavour won her over. 👌
Here’s the recipe for a kid approved green smoothie:
Ingredients:
2 bananas
1 cup frozen mango
1 Tbsp hemp seeds
1 Tbsp flax seed oil
Handful of spinach/silverbeet
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
Water🌱😋
The hemp seeds and flax seed provide us with lots of omegas 👍. Made enough for me to have almost 2 big glasses for lunch too 😊
