
25 Apr Kids Vegan Nachos 🌮
Our kids eat this at least once a week – it’s a favourite in our house!
Vegan Nacho Bean Mix
- 1 onion
- 3 garlic
- 1tsp cumin
- 1tsp smoked paprika
➡ Sauté then add:
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 can baked beans
- 1 can black beans (rinsed)
- 1 can red kidney beans (rinsed)
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- Salt to taste
- Sweetener to taste (don’t need if the baked beans are high sugar though)
- Frozen corn (optional)
➡ Combine, heat and serve on nacho chips with hummus &/or vegan cheese on top ❤
Adults – same mix but can add some chipotle or spice, and salsa, guacamole and jalapeños on top.🔥
