Kids Vegan Nachos 🌮

Our kids eat this at least once a week – it’s a favourite in our house!

Vegan Nacho Bean Mix

  • 1 onion
  • 3 garlic
  • 1tsp cumin
  • 1tsp smoked paprika


➡ Sauté then add:

  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 can baked beans
  • 1 can black beans (rinsed)
  • 1 can red kidney beans (rinsed)
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes
  • Salt to taste
  • Sweetener to taste (don’t need if the baked beans are high sugar though)
  • Frozen corn (optional)


➡ Combine, heat and serve on nacho chips with hummus &/or vegan cheese on top ❤

Adults – same mix but can add some chipotle or spice, and salsa, guacamole and jalapeños on top.🔥
